About Us
The LAIA project's purpose is to develop and implement a master level course on Artificial Intelligence which will be introduced at Institutions of Higher Education – members of the consortium. LAIA aims to bring advanced educational opportunities to Albania and Kosovo in order to keep up with the emerging technologies and deeply utilize the research advancements in the field. With collaborative effort, LAIA project can increasingly improve people's quality of life, job opportunities and trigger system growth in Albania and Kosovo as a whole.
General Objective
LAIA's general objective is the development and implementation of a master level course curriculum on Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI in general can be achieved by reading the behavior of humans and using the results to develop intelligent systems. For example, they learn, make decisions and act in certain situations. Observing humans while problem-solving in simple tasks and using its results to develop intelligent systems. The overall research goal of artificial intelligence is to create technology that allows computers and machines to work intelligently.
